Puff Pastry Tarts


Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, sugar, lard, eggs, vegetable margarine (palm fats, soybeans, sunflower and corn in varying proportions, emulsifiers: E471, acidifying agents: E 330), chocolate / crème patissière, /apple jam and apple pieces, / ricotta cheese and chocolate chips; flavorings.

 

Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the products

defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 170 - 180°C for about 20 minutes.
