Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, water, lard, sugar, salt. Filling ingredients: semolina (35% of total), sugar, eggs, candied orange, (3% of the total: contains glucose and sulfur dioxide E220) liquid cinnamon, aroma.

 

Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the products

defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 170 - 180°C for about 20 minutes.
