Neronero


Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, vegetable margarine (palm fats soybean oil, sunflower oil and corn oils in variable proportions, E471 emulsifier, acidifying agents: E330), chocolate 12% (sugar, palm and rapeseed oils, bitter cocoa, hazelnuts, powdered milk,  sunflower lecithin) cacao powder, sugar, yeast, salt, improver, aromas, colouring: E160a.
Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the croissants defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 170 - 180°C for about 20 minutes.
